At Shalom International Movers, we value and believe in developing every individual’s talent to their fullest potential in our company. We are now looking for a talented and self-starter talent acquisition specialist, who is capable of developing, driving and implementing the talent strategy for the company, ensuring the building of a diverse and inclusive talent pool.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify staffing and talent needs for all functions
- Work closely with their department and Senior Management in manpower planning, developing the talent acquisition strategies and solutions
- Responsible for all aspects of recruitment including all activities related to selection, pre-on-boarding, on-boarding, off-boarding as well as any other related events with both internal and external stakeholders (including job fairs, recruitment drives, etc)
- Creation of recruitment artwork and content to post on various recruitment channels
- Develop and maintain role descriptions, selection tests/interview questions for each position, etc including all the necessary recruitment-related administration
- Serve as the key lead to support audit programs involving recruitment records/activities (as and when required)

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of in-house talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably involving both exempt and non-exempt recruitment; some working experience in recruitment agency will have added advantage
- Process digital skills in creating artworks and designs
- Good command of English Language to create contents and copywriting
- Strong understanding of current employment legislations with regular proactive up-keep with latest developments and changes
- Proficiency in reviewing/revising and implementing processes, alongside the setting up and documentation of SOPs (Standard Operating Processes)
- Excellent communication skills with capabilities to interact with people at all levels
- Independent and a self-starter, with professionalism, strong ethics and integrity, especially in the handling of confidential information
- A bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources or the specialized field or equivalent experience.
