- Leading US Private Equity backed platform - Portfolio Management, Fund Finance & Fund Operation - Leadership opportunityRedpath Partners are currently representing an emerging industrial investment management platform backed by a prestigious Private Equity Real Estate Fund with a range of property investments globally. The group are now looking to hire a new leadership role for the expansion of the business to be based in Singapore

Reporting to the shareholders, the Head of Funds Management will establish and manage the operations of the new venture. Responsibilities include setting up the fund platform from fund admin to compliance as well as formulating fund strategy, preparing business plans & budget, getting approvals and ensuring property implementation across functional teams.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Must have a strong finance and accounting background with some exposure to acquisitions and real estate asset management
- Driven, self-starting individual with great attention to detail
- Ability to both roll-up sleeves to work as well as building the business in accordance with the platform growth plans
- Ability to establish, oversee and execute the full accounting and control process with limited direction
- Team player with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external players on a regional basis
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral in English. Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus but not a necessity

Prior experience in a similar position in real estate fund, exposure to Southeast Asia and/or industrial assets will be advantageous
