**Fund Manager and Head of the Quant Fund (VCC)**:
We are looking for passionate leader who can work from anywhere (home or office, based in Singapore).

We are a new well-capitalised Quant VCC HQ and set up in Singapore. Our fund model is based on an exclusive partnership and collaboration with a deep-technology algo team with a whole new approach to investing. The technology platform has the capability to change the world of investing with a long-short approach to equity investing and portfolio management.

**Our team**

You will be the leader of the team, sit on the sub-funds as a board members and be the leader for the region. You will work with the partner team who licence the technology platform and support as investment advisors.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Work in a startup environment to create a multi-billion portfolio AUM in the next 3 years
- Lead the business(Sub-Fund(s))
- Create and lead teams of people who built businesses in finance with a focus on how capital is deployed productively
- Set up the collaboration with the quant platform technology and manage the relationship
- Build a book and AUM for US equity investing
- Develop processes, compliance and statutory governance and oversight for the fund
- Work with family offices, allocators, institutions, sovereign wealth funds and other investor groups in Asia, Europe, EMEA and North America to manage capital and grow the business
- Manage a team of back office operations team in New York/Singapore and provide hands-on work on all aspects of trade booking, settlements, reconciliation and valuation of trades
- Co-ordinating with Prime Brokers, bilateral counterparties, and exchange clearing members for daily reconciliation of trades and cash settlements
- Co-ordinating with fund administrator on trade reconciliations, shadow NAV, and monthly NAV calculations
- Onboarding with prime and other brokers
- Collaborate with a world class legal team in NY for business contracts
- Valuation across exchanges / OTC instruments for different asset classes

**Requirements**:

- Creative and passionate mind with a focus on people-come-first
- Long term thinker and institutional builder
- Licenced (Capital Market Licence) to operate as a fund manager in Singapore
- Managed over $1B in AUM (preferably invested in American and European public markets)
- Relationships with family offices, allocators, institutions, sovereign wealth funds and other investor groups
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- From the leading universities or professional skills (but not limited to) CA/CPA/ICEA/Finance/Computer Science/Social Sciences
- Understand governance, compliance and risk management processes
- Worked in a VCC fund structure (preferable)

Pay: $20,000.00 - $29,000.00 per month
