**Job Summary**: Our client is a fast growing Real Estate Private Equity with multiple funds and different investment strategies in APAC region.

They are looking to hire a Deputy Head of Fund Management for their exsiting funds and new fund, report to CEO of the company.

**The role**:

- Responsible for the overall management and operation of exisiting and new funds
- Ensure that the investment, asset management, financial and operational strategies and objectives of the fund are carried out as planned and in accordance with the fund’s stated investment strategy
- These responsibilities will include:

- Evaluate appropriate investment opportunities and undertake detailed due diligence, analysis and research in respect of any new purchases.
- Optimise the performance of each asset and the portfolio.
- Preparation of investment proposals
- Day-to-day operations of Venture(s) and documentation of the overall business, investment and operational strategies, as well as investment strategies for investments and divestments;
- Oversight and preparation of business plans and budgets as well as regular reports such as financial statements, quarterly/annual reports and other items required by investors;
- Responsible for the preparation of all regular communications with investors, including financial reports, business plans, reports, budgets, etc
- Work with the senior management team in preparation of reports to committees to obtain requisite approvals for all investments and divestments;
- Liaising with external parties including consultants, investors, business associates, internal senior management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 + years relevant experience and PERE background are essential.
- Track record of and experience in investment transactions and valuations.
- Great communication skills and ability to work in a challenging and complex market.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations.
- Good interpersonal and business communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent and results-oriented, with strong initiative.
