**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Lead Business Growth Strategy**:
Drive the company’s business development strategy, focusing on new market opportunities, client acquisition, and expanding revenue channels. Align business development efforts with overall corporate goals.
- **Executive Leadership**:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Lead by example in client-facing activities and negotiations.
- **Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers. Act as a trusted advisor and representative of the company in high-level discussions and negotiations.
- **Strategic Partnership Development**:
Identify and negotiate strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships that can enhance the company’s competitive position and market reach.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
Conduct comprehensive market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and business risks. Utilize insights to guide decision-making and identify areas for business expansion.
- **Sales Leadership**:
Drive the company’s sales efforts by overseeing the development of proposals, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring successful deal closures. Set and monitor sales targets for the business development team.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and overall company objectives. Oversee the smooth transition of new projects from acquisition to execution.
- **Team Development and Mentorship**:
Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, ensuring the right talent is in place to achieve ambitious growth targets. Foster a positive and growth-oriented team culture.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
Regularly track and report on the progress of business development initiatives. Provide detailed reports to the executive team, outlining key metrics, milestones, and strategic recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- **Experience**:
10+ years of business development or sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in high-growth sectors such as technology, finance, or real estate is an advantage.
- **Skills**:Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in closing high-value deals and establishing strategic partnerships.
Strong financial acumen and experience in market research and analysis.
Visionary leadership with a focus on driving results and fostering team development.
- **Additional Requirements**:Deep understanding of the Web 3 and Capital market and regional business dynamics.
Willingness to travel as needed for business development activities.
