HR Business Partner, Singapore Office

The People Function Team at Allianz Technology is shaping our organization to be ‘the place of IT’ for our people and facilitating our organization’s mission to be the Partner of Choice for IT.
Reporting to the Regional People Ops Manager CTO3, you will be responsible for driving and executing the delivery of HR Solutions to the Singapore Regional Office, acting as both counsel and coach for managers with regards to HR initiatives and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in the Singapore Regional Office on HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to drive performance management and talent management cycle/initiatives for the Singapore Regional Office
- Provide support for the business regarding HR processes, eg. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, annual compensation/performance reviews
- Consult managers on employee relations topics
- Support, advise and facilitate the implementation of HR aspects within complex change management projects
- Drive engagement activities, annual engagement survey and follow up actions for the Singapore Regional Office
- Play an active role in implementing regional and global HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with the wider HR team both locally, regionally and globally
- Effectively maintain and administer all documentation and data for the Singapore Regional Office, in collaboration with HR Services
- Own and run the Biweekly Regional Workforce Committee covering Singapore, Australia
- Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submissions to local authorities, Group and local management team
- Work closely with Finance to handle budgeting, staff related invoicing and accruals
- Complete monthly validation of HR Services prepared payroll prior to authorisation
**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
- Ideally 7 to 10 years of experience in HR (including several years as a HR business partner), preferably in a global organisation
- Familiar with Singapore labour law
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done
- Prior experience in Successfactors, Timesoft preferred
- Work experience in at least one other HR expert area, e.g. recruiting, learning and development
- Preferably worked in a matrix and multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable to work with numbers, meticulous
- Good problem solver with good communication and critical thinking skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile
- Detail and solution orientated
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Able to work independently and in a team-based setting
