Introduce & implement Talent Management processes in-line
- Lead development, ensure implementation and review of HR policies, processes across the business according to local legislature
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines
**Responsibilities**:
- Introduce & implement Talent Management processes in-line
- Lead development, ensure implementation and review of HR policies, processes across the business according to local legislature
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines
- Working with managers to create a comprehensive Onboarding program for new hires to ensure positive employee experience
- Manage data within the HRIS and build analytic dashboards that creates business impact
- Drive continuous employee engagement through targeted action plans based on survey analysis
- Provide remuneration and benefits intelligence and advice to Leadership Teams to support ployee retention in-line with local best practice
- Partnering with business unit Leadership Teams to ensure the organisation design and structure supports the current and future business needs
- Develop and own the Talent Strategy for the business units
- Support Leaders with Talent Management coaching and corrective actions
- Contribute to the development planning for employees and managers
- Partner with the Leadership Teams to identify high potential employees and ensure that appropriate succession plans are in place and supported by HR.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any field of studies
- Minimum of eight (8) years proven experience working as a HR Business Partner (preferably in a software development house or similar professional environment).
- Have an in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in the Asia Pacific region.
