II. JOB PURPOSE

Senior Manager

Finance

Substantive Grade

The role holder is responsible for preparation of monthly MIS, annual budget and regular monitoring of MIS reports to give timely input to stakeholders, both internal and external.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises, develops and provides guidance to the Finance Executives.
- Will be working very closely with finance heads of multiple countries for reporting

needs of organization.

Leadership

Financial
- Assists Global Finance Head to manage finance function effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for timely preparation and analysis Global MIS and Budget. Will interact and clarify queries of internal and external stakeholders.
- Should be well versed with ERPs and BI tools. Experience is Sage, IBM products, such as TM1 and Controller will be an added advantage.
- Must have good presentation and analytical skills. Should be able to analyze numbers and provide key input to stakeholders’ timely manner.
- Will be responsible for managing relationship with banks/financial institutions and submission of reports.
- Person should focus on process and system improvement continuously..
- Will take lead, provide functional support in implementation and automation of newsystem within and outside finance function.

Functional
- Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners
- Will be interacting with Country Heads, Financial Controllers and Sr. leadership team

Interaction
- Collaborates proactively with Human Resource to continuously increase competency to meet future organisations needs through the development and recruitment of talent
- Assist the orientation and training of employees in finance team
