This role offers an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead and enhance our investment back-office accounting functions and consolidate treasury operations within the Finance division.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Reporting**: Involve in the preparation of statutory accounts related to Endowment Fund
- **Net Asset Value (NAV)**: Ensure timely and accurate records of the NAV of the endowment fund.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform fund report and book reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
- **Audit and Compliance**:Assist in the annual audit and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; review internal control reports of our fund managers.
- **Transaction Processing**: Handle income accruals and expenses recording.
- **Treasury Operations**: Manage operating cash flow and fixed deposit placements.
- **Communication**:Liaise with fund managers and university stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.
- **Regulatory Monitoring**:Stay abreast of changes in legislation relating to finance and accounting, particularly those impacting endowment funds management.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a fund accountant or in a similar finance/accounting role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages such as SAP S/4Hana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
