Due to the growth of our client base, we are looking for a new Business Development Managers to help in our sales efforts and finding new clients for our financial advisory services. This is a sales role that will require a hungry and focused individual who is able to seek out new opportunities, network at expat events in Singapore and assist our Financial Advisors in linking up with potential new leads. **Responsibilities will include**:

- Developing new business opportunities to enable access to a greater customer base
- Arrange appointment for the prospect to meet with one of our qualified financial advisors
- Attending events to find potential leads
- Telemarketing - Cold calling ability is essential
- Following up on leads to make advisor / client appointments
- Working closely with the financial advisors to understand the company’s products and promote their services
- Work closely with the admin team to ensure client records are up to date

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Finance and Banking
- 2+ years of industry-related business development experience preferable
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results driven persistent and good time management skills
- Hunger for success and to exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal management skills
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services experience is preferred, but training and courses will be provided if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
