**We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive**
**Requirements**:
✔️ Diploma qualification
✔️ CEI certification (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Preferably with HR/recruitment experience
✔️ Strong communication & admin skills
Location: Tai Seng | Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare orientation materials and endorsement documents for foreign workers.
- Attend interviews or meetings at clients’ premises when required.
- Handle delivery of documents or coordinate arrival logistics for workers at clients’ premises.
- Coordinate with issuance agents on matters such as security bonds and related processes.
- Maintain and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Design and create job posters for recruitment purposes.
- Manage housing accounts and related matters for workers.
- Perform payroll calculations and generate salary reports.
- Input and manage workers’ personal data in the HR system.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification required.
- Must obtain the **Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)**prior to joining.
- Preferably with prior experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and general administrative systems.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings or interviews as needed.
