**About the Role**

We are hiring a Senior Manager of International Commercial Operations to serve as a strategic right hand to the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer. This is a high-speed, high-accountability role — designed for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, owns outcomes end-to-end, and can run multiple international tracks in parallel. You’ll be responsible for driving market rollouts, ensuring commercial performance, and being the connective tissue across all stakeholders — local teams, exec leadership, and partner organizations. You must be equally comfortable in a boardroom in Dubai, a terminal in Milan, or a WhatsApp chat with a country head in Bangkok.

**Salary Expectations**:$8,000 - 9,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead International Rollouts**: Take full ownership of launching and expanding our solution in new airports and retail environments — including commercial readiness, partner engagement, and operational execution.
- **Manage Country Interfaces**: Work hand-in-glove with each country manager to align market strategy, unblock challenges, and maintain performance visibility.
- **Run Point on Commercial Ops**: Track every market’s live performance. Own internal reporting, flag issues before they escalate, and move quickly to fix them.
- **Be a Founder Extension**: Step into meetings, lead pitches, prep materials, and carry the commercial strategy forward when the Co-Founder is in another market.
- **Drive Speed & Standards**: Implement fast, clean processes that work across borders. Raise the floor on quality and velocity without being asked.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Fast Clock Speed**: You process quickly, make decisions with limited input, and don’t get overwhelmed by parallel tracks.
- **4+ years**of international commercial, operational, or strategic experience — preferably within business management, consulting, commercial sales or as a Chief of Staff
- Proven in high-pressure or start-up environments.
- Clear communicator who can hold a room, write sharply, and drive action across time zones.
- Global mindset with regional sensitivity — you know how to work Saudi in one week, Bangkok the next.
- Relentlessly proactive — you chase outcomes, not instructions.
- Comfortable flying out on short notice and spending time in-market to drive launches.

**About You**:

- **Full-Time Availability**:This is a full-time position.
- **In-person**:This is a fully in-person role.
- **Based in Singapore**:Applicant must be based in Singapore.
- **Business Acumen**:An MBA (or equivalent) from a reputed University will be looked upon favourably.
- **Excellent Communication**:Must have excellent spoken and written English skills.
