Senior Commercial Manager
As a **Senior Commercial Manager** at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:
- Provide expert procurement, commercial and contract support through the pre-construction and construction stages of the project
- Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
- Enable the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken
- Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts
- Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
- Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have grown your cost management experience over 10 years with increasing levels of scope of responsibility
- Have diverse cost management experience with both the MEP and CSA skillset
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
