The role will be supporting Lead, Finance System and Data in managing project/BAU enhancement's requirement gathering, end-to-end UAT testing, and execution related to Finance Operations processes.

**Job Description**:

- Support UAT for product post launch items project
- Gather, understand, analyse Finance’s business needs, and define key deliverables, and document requirements for submission to technical team
- Actively participate in project meetings and discussions
- Manage and collaborate with different business users, business analyst, developer for requirements clarification, defects, and problem-solving discussion.
- Participate in UAT. Define test scenarios, review test scripts, verify test results, raise defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution, documents test results to support UAT sign off.
- Manage UAT priorities and provide timely updates on testing progress
- Analyse problems and make recommendation on solutions/changes
- Work with BAU team to transfer business process knowledge and intent for the purpose of supporting operation readiness
- Support projects roll out activities
- Support tasks assigned on ad hoc basis

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills especially for defects analysis and reports
- Good knowledge of testing process and methodologies
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Hands-on and learn fast
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office
- Possess relevant knowledge of core systems (AS400) and other digital tools, and on insurance operations and compensation areas is preferable
- Detailed and meticulous; team player and proactive
- Preferred specialization: Business, Finance or Accounting course

Working Experience:

- 2 to 5 years

**Education**:

- Diploma, or equivalent qualification
