**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support, review and implement new MOH policies by analysing Hospital’s requirements, include determining feasibility, cost, time and resources required, compatibility with current systems, potential problem areas and recommending solutions.
- Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders in the development/ support of new system in the public healthcare landscape as a Subject Matter Expert. This includes analysing financial/charging impacts to both patients and Hospital and the completeness of various pricing rules setup.
- Responsible for the creation of system workflow/ set-up documentation for the various patient settings and to ensure that they are kept up to date with MOH policies.
- Partner with stakeholders from various sites in ensuring completeness in documentation and testing for business needs.
- Design/ Create test scenarios with business stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end testing from charging to billing and interface to various downstream system. Test execution and verification and follow-up on UAT defects.
- Quantify results of process change/ improvements and provide training on all new/ updated processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Project management, change management and facilitation experience in matrixed environment.
- Familiar with public healthcare operations and subsidy & financing framework.
- Knowledge/expertise of Finance module in SAP FICO/ SAP IS-H
- Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
- Able to work in a dynamic face paced environment
