HR & Admin Executive

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain and update filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage employee payroll, attendance, training records, housing
- General administration (e.g. renewal of company license, machineries, vehicles)
- Other ad-hoc duties from Management
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years’ experiences
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Advantages**

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
