Driving Turbo Compressor Business Growth: Lead the charge in pursuing, sourcing, developing, and expanding our Full Life Cycle Turbo Compressor Solutions within the region. Your primary goal is to increase sales, revenue, and overall customer satisfaction within the turbo compressor segment.
Tailored Turbo Compressor Solutions: Develop and implement custom, value-added turbo compressor solutions that cater to the specific demands of the region. These solutions should prioritize engineering optimization, cost reduction, and shorter lead times for turbo compressor projects.
Innovative Turbo Compressor Solutions: Drive the creation and execution of new, competitive, innovative, and differentiating solutions exclusively for turbo compressor offerings in both Aftermarket and New Units sales in the region.
Collaborative Turbo Compressor Efforts: Actively collaborate with our New Units and Aftermarket Sales & Service teams, Engineering departments, colleagues, partners, and external suppliers to enhance both Aftermarket and New Units turbo compressor solutions and boost regional sales in this specialized sector.
Turbo Compressor Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support for our turbo compressor product sales, including preparing quotations, technical specifications, follow-ups, clarifications (both commercial and technical), and order submissions for internal approval.
Turbo Compressor Technical Expertise: Offer specialized expertise in turbo compressor equipment sizing, review customer specifications and requirements, and respond to customer queries in the turbo compressor domain.
Turbo Compressor Engineering Documentation: Take responsibility for preparing engineering documents related to turbo compressors, conducting design reviews, creating tender proposals, and submitting documents to customers for turbo compressor projects.
Turbo Compressor Sourcing and Outsourcing: Manage sourcing and outsourcing matters related to turbo compressors, including specifying buyout items, sourcing turbo compressor suppliers, engaging in commercial and technical discussions, issuing purchase orders, and expanding the turbo compressor supply chain.
Turbo Compressor Document Management: Maintain up-to-date records and common databases related to turbo compressor equipment documents, drawings, solution lists, engineering data, and vendor documentation.
Turbo Compressor Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance specifically for turbo compressors by verifying that supplied goods meet the company's engineering and quality standards, conducting inspections during and after turbo compressor manufacturing.
Customer Engagement in Turbo Compressor Sector: Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships and engagement, particularly within the turbo compressor industry.
Team Leadership with Turbo Compressor Expertise: Manage, collaborate with, lead, educate, and mentor team members, authorized distributors, and business partners with a focus on turbo compressor solutions.
Supporting Turbo Compressor Partner Development: Aid in the development and training of both existing and new business partners, distributors, agents, and dealers, with an emphasis on turbo compressor solutions.
Turbo Compressor Technical Issue Resolution: Work closely with the company's sales and service teams and vendors to assist distributors and customers in resolving technical issues related to turbo compressors on-site.
Geographic Flexibility: Be prepared to be stationed in Singapore or other ASEAN countries if required, with a primary focus on turbo compressor business.
Ethical Standards: Uphold high ethical standards as outlined in the company's Basic Code of Conduct, with a special emphasis on turbo compressor practices.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as assigned by the General Manager, with a focus on turbo compressor solutions.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in an engineering-related field.
- In-depth knowledge, experience, and a strong passion for managing centrifugal/screw/reciprocating turbo compressor business in the Asia Pacific Region.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication for presenting ideas and engaging in cross-functional discussions, particularly within the turbo compressor domain.
- Exceptional skills in building rapport and negotiating effectively, with a focus on turbo compressor projects.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, particularly in the context of turbo compressor solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia-Pacific Region, particularly in ASEAN countries, with a strong emphasis on turbo compressors (travel frequency: 50% and above).
