Regional Sales and Service Engineer

As part of our Regional Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for the sales, service, and technical support of a range of products including:
- Pump packages
- Pipeline repair products
- Bolting tools
- Other PJ-represented solutions
You will be expected to:
- Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations, ensuring timely submission to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the region, including regular visits and marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with product managers, principals, and manufacturers to resolve technical and commercial matters.
- Manage projects effectively from proposal to delivery and commissioning, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide on-site technical support during start-up, commissioning, or equipment breakdowns (as required).
- Stay up to date with market trends and developments to identify sales opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical sales or project engineering, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners.
- Willing and able to be deployed to offshore platforms and remote project sites including jungle, offshore, or inland locations with limited infrastructure or communication access.
- Willingness to travel regionally on short notice for sales visits, site support, or training.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, piping, or mechanical repair tools is a strong advantage.
