
Sales Account Manager

As an Account Manager at eVantage Technology, your primary focus is to continually spot opportunities to build great relations with our customers through value adding to their business. Day-to-day responsibility includes actively engaging with your portfolio of clients and other account servicing activities.
You are expected to work independently, managing the entire sales process from identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and eventually closing the contract.
You will constantly find ways to deepen relationship with customers through engaging multiple stakeholders and finding areas for us to add value to them while ensuring existing services are well managed by our team.
In the long run, you should be growing the business through acquiring new customers and strengthening relationship with existing customer while living our core values of Integrity, Exceptional Service and Great Relationships.
**_Key Activities_**
**1. Account Management (70%)**
- Engage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, aiming to increase the share of wallet.
- Work with cross functional teams to create positive customer experience.
- Deepen and expand the relationship with clients by gaining in-depth understanding of the current and future needs of accounts, work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunity, develop and implement medium and long-term plans to ensure we continuously bring value to the customer.
**2. New Clients Acquisition (20%)**
- Conduct high quality prospecting activities to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct needs assessments with qualified prospects
- Drive deals to closure - through quotation, negotiations, and finally contract signature.
**3. Value Creation (5%)**
- Contribute to strengthening of our company’s offerings through representing customer/market needs.
- Contribute to strengthening of our execution/processes through identifying opportunities and suggesting improvement.
**4. Sales Pipeline Management (5%)**
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to support future sales and business planning.
- Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g. Quarterly sales results and Forecasts).
**_Required Experience/Skills_**
- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proven track record hitting sales quota, new customer acquisition.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to engage at key stakeholder / executive levels
- Understanding of IT services market
- Strong teamwork / collaboration ability
- Skilled in consultative sales and negotiation with good business acumen
- Energetic, highly motivated and possess a strong drive to succeed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
