**ACTRIS**

The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients.

**What you will be working on as (Senior) Executive, Legal Documentation, Strategic Development & Communications**

(1) Coordinates and schedules meetings, minutes taking and follow up action plans.

(2) Provide administrative support for reviewing and execution of legal documents.

(3) Provide administrative support for procurement of outsource services and laboratory supplies.

(4) Provide support in planning and execution of conference, seminar, and workshop.

(5) Provide support in the execution of marketing and outreach activities.

**What we are looking for**

(1) Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration and any other related fields.

(2) Relevant work experience of 2 - 3 years will be an added advantage.

(3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software such as Adobe Acrobat, etc.

(4) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

(5) A team player with good time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
