
Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous teammate who could assist the HR team to carry out a wide spectrum of people development functions, such as talent acquisition, training & development, benefits & compensation, employee engagement. We welcome a team player and motivated learner in our team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
- Assist in payroll related matters
- Manage and handle employee’s records in Info-Tech System
- Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training records etc.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Prerequisites
- Prior experience in payroll is an added advantage
- Able to meet tight deadlines, be meticulous and accurate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
