Associate Director/ Director : Central and South East Asia
- time employment in GPS organization reporting to the General Manager of C&SE Asia. This position will be located in Singapore.

Essential Job Functions
- Deploy and manage key annual strategic and tactical planning processes
- Work closely with other key functions to prioritize and execute POA Plans in market
- Deploy and prioritize Brand Campaigns and messages ( locally tailored) across the region.
- Partner with Access, Medical and GM to support launch business cases.
- Collaborates closely with internal global and regional brand teams to ensure alignment on marketing direction and resulting training programs.
- Closely manage and achieve promotional budget targets for all partners and ensure full compliance with Gilead policy for expense mgmt.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.
- Responsible for the annual rolling 24 months and 5-year demand forecasts for the Region, including base, upside, and downside scenarios and assumptions, aligned with the GPS overall forecast
- Serves as expert on specific Gilead products within the GPS business unit, liaising with Global leads and V&A teams to develop business cases for product launches or product-specific access programs

Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 8-10 years experience in pharmaceutical industry ( with a few years in specialty products in sales or marketing or commercial excellence roles.)
- Strong presentation and data analytical skills
- Relevant Therapeutic Area experience (HBV, HCV, HIV, Antifungal etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global, regional and local
- Experience in developing Asia preferred and strength in English spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote work environment with multiple time zones.
