**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the integration solution of rule-based underwriting engine and predictive underwriting engine based on SCOR's underwriting engine (Velogica Asia).

2. Drive the overall market strategy of Velogica Asia engine in South Asia under the overall customer management framework of SCOR Group.

3. Actively promote the specific implementation and continuous management of Velogica Asia engine in the South Asian market under SCOR Group's overall customer management framework.

4. Maintain deep communication and collaboration with relevant departments of the group company to promote the continuous iteration of Velogica Asia, especially the continuous optimization of the rule engine.

5. From the perspective of Velogica Asia, actively promote the development of SCOR's reinsurance business in South Asia.

6. Lead the continuous professional capability building of the underwriting team within BeeTech.

7. From the underwriting perspective, actively support the continuous iteration of BeeTech's health risk quantification engine.

8. Fully leverage SCOR's global market advantages to continuously build a leading edge for the health risk quantification engine from a global perspective.

**Qualifications**:
1. Over 12 years of underwriting experience in top insurance or reinsurance companies.

2. Deep understanding and insight into the underwriting processes and business of life and health insurance companies.

3. Profound understanding and insight into reinsurance underwriting engines.

4. Work experience in at least two South Asian life and health insurance markets.

5. Interest and understanding in big data and AI-enabled underwriting and claims processing.

6. Excellent communication skills, capable of smooth technical exchanges within SCOR Group and with insurance companies.

7. Strong team spirit, able to work closely with different functional teams to promote the smooth implementation of projects.

8. Medical professional background is preferred, with a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree.

9. English as a working language; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
