Partner & Channel Development Executive / Senior

**Key Responsibilities**
Highly motivated and pro-active team player that focuses primarily on developing and building partner relationships with other food brands. This role involves building and growing channel partner and alliances relationships, including evaluating and recruiting new partners, negotiating key commercial agreements and driving joint sales success.
- Acquire and build strong relationships with key partners that fit our go-to-market strategy
- Develop onboarding framework to ensure efficient and smooth activation of new partners
- Develop collaboration opportunities with partners and craft commercial strategy for assigned portfolio of business channels to operationalize business growth
- Identify key segments to target, drive projects end-to-end from commercial negotiation to closure, to project management and execution
- Create new partnerships as well as grow existing partnerships to accelerate channel penetration by working closely with cross-functional teams
- Co-create business development plan and roadmap to ensure it is aligned with overall strategic direction
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with 2 to 3 years of working experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry, business development, sales or account management is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong track record in project management, and managing internal/external stakeholders locally and regionally.
- Excellent communication capability
- Ability to work in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Be organized, an eye for details, while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work location will be in West area (Pandan Loop)
