**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive** to drive growth through **performance marketing and content creation**. As part of our marketing team, you will support the execution of ad campaigns, create short-form videos, and craft compelling copy to **grow our brand presence online**. This role is ideal for someone who is **creative yet analytical**, able to blend storytelling with data insights to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ads across **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, YouTube, Google**.
- Produce and edit **short-form video content** for social media and ads.
- Monitor and report on **campaign performance metrics** (conversions, engagement, CTR, ROAS).
- Conduct market research and track industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Familiar with **digital marketing platforms and analytics tools** (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, GA, etc.).
- Strong **copywriting, content creation, and analytical skills**.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- A **team player** with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
