Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Paid Social Media Advertising such as Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across paid social channels.
- Develop compelling ad copies that effectively engage and convert.
- Manage ad tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Facebook/TikTok Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with the designer, e-commerce specialist, and marketing manager to come up with the concept of ad creatives required for your campaigns.

Measurement, Analysis, Reporting & Optimization of Campaigns
- Data-driven mindset to measure, analyse, and report the performance of all digital marketing ad campaigns.
- Optimise the performance of the campaigns to achieve results.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Plus:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies/content to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in media buying and advertising.
- Experience in Google Ads and SEO.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for pets and the pet industry is a plus.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
