A prominent 5-star hotel in the Philippines is seeking a Director of Marketing — a true marketing specialist who can elevate the hotel’s brand presence, market positioning, and commercial performance.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative, and strategic leader who brings real expertise in brand development, marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and guest engagement within large hotel environments in Southeast Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel’s brand vision and commercial goals.**:

- **Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.**:

- **Lead the creation of compelling digital marketing, social media, and PR campaigns.**:

- **Manage key marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.**:

- **Work closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to drive market share growth and guest loyalty.**:

- **Analyse marketing performance metrics and adapt strategies for maximum ROI.**:

- **Guide and mentor the in-house marketing team, encouraging innovation and excellence.**

- Significant experience in hotel marketing at a senior level within larger luxury properties in Southeast Asia.
- Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, communications, and market positioning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a marketing team.
- In-depth knowledge of regional travel and hospitality market trends.
- Creative, strategic, and highly results-driven.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
