We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and participate in our digital activation initiative. In this role, you will support Client Advisors in assisting clients with digital banking activation and platform usage. Collaborating closely with team leaders, you'll ensure impeccable client experiences and follow up promptly and professionally with Markets and clients for any inquiries. Building strong relationships with Client Advisors/MTHs will be crucial.

**Responsibilities**
- To participate in the digital activation initiative by supporting Client Advisors to assist their clients on the digital banking activation and platform usage
- Working closely with team leaders to deliver impeccable client experience
- Following up in a timely and professional manner with Markets and clients for their enquiries
- To build excellent relationship with CAs/MTHs

**Requirements and skills**
- University banking graduates
- 1-2 years of experience in banking/ finance
- Client focused and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $3,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
