DESIGNATION : Manager/ Senior Manager, Talent and Organization Development

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent and Organization Development (T&OD) Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in strengthening organizational capability, cultivating a learning culture, and driving initiatives that build talent, leadership, and performance. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning strategies, organizational development interventions, and change management initiatives that aligns with THKMC's mission, values, and long-term goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Learning & Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and create annual learning plans for individuals, teams, and the organization.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes, workshops, and digital learning solutions.
- Partner with managers to build development pathways, including onboarding, leadership, and functional skills programmes.
- Introduce innovative approaches to learning (digital learning, coaching, peer learning, communities of practice).

Talent & Leadership Development
- Design and implement talent development frameworks, including succession planning, leadership pipelines, and career pathways.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programmes for emerging and senior leaders.
- Support performance management by embedding coaching, feedback, and continuous development practices.

Organizational Development
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and alignment with core values.
- Lead change management strategies for organizational transformation projects.
- Facilitate team effectiveness sessions, retreats, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
- Develop frameworks to measure and improve organizational effectiveness, resilience, and employee experience.

Performance & Evaluation
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of learning and development programmes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership using data-driven evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sector-specific training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in learning, organizational development, or HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in designing and implementing L&D or OD programmes.
- Experience in change management, leadership development, and talent management preferred.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, digital learning platforms, and performance management systems.
