**Job Scope**:
We are looking for a creative, multi-skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of growing our brand presence, driving website traffic, and managing talent partnerships. This role combines social media strategy, and influencer/talent management into one exciting position. You will work across multiple platforms, campaigns, and projects to deliver measurable growth and strong brand impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Growth & Content Strategy**
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach on social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule posts, videos, and stories tailored to each platform’s best practices.
- Monitor analytics to identify trends, optimise content, and improve performance.
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions to build brand loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators when needed.

**Talent & Brand Partnership Management**
- Represent and manage talents/influencers, securing brand collaborations and media opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Guide talents on brand positioning, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners for ongoing collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms for personal brands, influencers, or businesses.
- Strong understanding of content trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools.
- Creative, adaptable, and highly organised.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills for talent management and brand partnerships.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
