Manage and provide administrative support for the Archives and Libraries Group (ALG) in areas such as temporary staff & vendors management, assets & records management, and buildings maintenance.

[What you will be working on]
- Administer the day-to-day building, facility and system matters, including monitoring and resolving issues with relevant stakeholders, maintaining and conducting regular housekeeping to ensure that records are updated, e.g. access management, emergency documentation.
- Manage and maintain assets and official records, including maintenance, condemnation and conducting regular housekeeping of assets and ensuring that official records (both physical and electronic) are updated regularly.
- Manage human resource matters and staff welfare including recruitment and payment for temporary staff, updating of staff records arising from movements, working with relevant stakeholders on onboarding/ offboarding matters, and managing staff welfare activities.
- Support the public libraries in other administration duties, e.g. maintenance and verification of finance records.

Successful applicant will be appointed on an initial two-year contract.
