Purpose - Broad objective of the role
Provide the primary technical leadership for solutions for organization's clients, leading from designing successful implementation through delivery teams, build internal capabilities of Enterprise architects, work closely with Services Wrap team, Solving the clients’ business issues, balancing the business requirements, technology strategy and overall organizational preparedness for the solution offerings in the domain of our key pillars - Secure Network transformation, Collaboration platform and Contact Center solutions, Cloud transformation, Mobility/IoT and Managed Cyber Security across the entire domain

Key Responsibilities

Participate across the full lifecycle from business development, innovation, successful selling, solutions scoping and shaping at the Presales stage leading to successful implementation of solutions suggested through the delivery teams.

Defining the technology architecture of the customer, mapping to the business requirement and vision and then help in executing the same through amalgamation of products/services/OEM/Service provider etc.

Leading architecture from conceptualization phase to successful implementation and provide guidance to project implementation team by defining patterns, guidelines, agile process and training

Providing architectural guidance, risks, project milestones, estimations to the project team

Develop PoV and provide thought leadership on the best technologies, products, and platforms, and lead the assessment and design of current and future state architectures and developing transformation roadmaps focusing on the key pillars of Tata Communications

To evangelize Tata comm strategy to diverse group of leaders to gain mindshare in customers and analyst community

Engage closely with clients, partners, and other business units to develop and execute innovative solutions for clients leveraging a wealth of previous experience in deploying required solutions.

With the help of network of domain-expert/ enterprise architects, deepen our current offering solutions through enhancing features, combination of multi -product/service solutions etc., in the space of our organization's key six pillars

Develop Enterprise architecture capability and bring in the mindset shift in the approach through enhanced architecture Framework designs be responsible for establishing, refining, and establishing governance around the designs and models.

Drive technical excellence of the engineering organization and support the implementation of delivery pipelines with sophisticated solution designs

Upskill Solution Architect team on technical and soft skills by leading Technology center of excellence and managing & mentoring team of architects and designers

Minimum qualification & experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in Consulting or Enterprise Architecture domain

Should have worked in large organizations in the space of Telecom/ system Integrators or relevant product organisation

Should have hands on experience in various technology stacks and multiple domains

Knowledge of consulting in key verticals like BFSI and Manufacturing is preferred

Experience of working in diverse APAC culture is preferred
