**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Create Impactful Reports**: Present data, proposals, and progress reports to keep the team aligned and moving forward.
- **Track Progress**: Monitor business metrics to ensure we’re hitting our goals and pushing boundaries.
**What You Bring**:
- Experience in **business development** or **sales**—bonus if it’s in finance or a related field.
- Strong **analytical** skills and an understanding of **financial products** and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—whether you're working with teams internally or building partnerships externally.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple projects with a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (tech-savvy is a plus).
- A **Bachelor’s degree** is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
