**About the Role**
We are looking for a Creative Execution Lead—a strong communicator, sharp taste-tester, and detail-oriented problem solver who ensures that creative outputs stay true to our vision while also being engaging and well-executed.
This role bridges creative direction and execution. You will work closely with the Director of Creative, helping to refine and implement creative decisions, ensuring that content, visuals, and product experiences align with our mission of strengthening family connections.
Unlike a Creative Director, this is not a role for someone looking to define their own vision from scratch. Instead, you’ll be the key force in ensuring the execution of our existing creative direction, providing structured, actionable feedback to artists, writers, designers, and developers.
**What You’ll Do**
- Work alongside the Director of Creative to evaluate and refine creative work (visual, written, and interactive content).
- Ensure creative alignment across teams (design, UI/UX, product management, editorial, marketing), ensuring all elements fit within the broader vision.
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to refine creative outputs, focusing on what works, what doesn’t, and how to improve it.
- Maintain quality control across new content, features, and experiences—acting as the last line of refinement before launch.
- Help translate creative vision into actionable direction for the team—bridging strategy with execution.
- Deep-dive into content structures, storytelling forms, and design systems, ensuring our work is cohesive and culturally impactful.
- Balance critical thinking with adaptability, knowing when to push for changes and when to work within constraints.
**Who You Are**
- A strong communicator and team player—able to grasp, articulate, and reinforce a creative vision.
- A sharp taste-tester—someone who intuitively knows when something works and can articulate why and how to improve it.
- Not here to override, but to refine—you bring strong opinions but remain flexible, knowing how to harmonize creative elements.
- A highly collaborative thinker, able to work across design, content, and product teams to ensure consistency and coherence.
- Grounded and adaptable, comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- Passionate about media and storytelling, with a strong affinity for content structure, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
- Intrigued by the intersection of technology, content, and relationships—excited to create experiences that shape real-world interactions.
**What Kind of Experience We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience, ideally with a background in:
- Creative agencies (content strategy, brand storytelling, or experience design).
- Media, publishing, or content production (especially roles with a strong editorial or quality control component).
- Educational or family-focused content creation (especially if paired with media production experience).
- A literature, media studies, or storytelling background, if combined with hands-on experience in content development.
This is not a senior creative director role. We are looking for someone who thrives in refining, shaping, and communicating creative work—not setting the entire vision themselves.
