The Bob Digital is a Singapore-based performance creative agency that specialises in helping direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands scale efficiently.

By merging data and creativity, we craft winning ads that not only captivate but also drive measurable results.

We are seeking a growth-driven individual to join our team as a Creative Strategist.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Conduct in-depth audience and competitor research
- Brainstorm ad concepts and hook variations
- Develop creative roadmap and ad briefs based on clients’ guidelines
- Collaborate with the media buying, video editing and graphic design teams to execute direct response ads

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in creative strategy or digital marketing
- Keen attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay up-to-date on social media (primarily Meta and TikTok) and industry trends
- Comfortable communicating recommendations with team members and clients
- Some relevant hands-on experience creating direct-response ads would be great

**Compensation & Location**:

- This is a remote position, open to full-time / intern hires
- Compensation is dependent on experience
- Salary range SGD 800 - SGD 1500
