**Responsibilities**:

- Business indicators: treat P2P business growth and market share as the first priority, design and formulate operational strategies in line with business development, and promote efficiency use of our P2P platform
- Build a merchants/users quality management system, establish various levels of operation mechanisms and processes according to different characteristics, responsible for business expansion, management, and maintenance.
- Account Management: Build a good relationship with our merchants of P2P, and provide world class service to our VIP merchants. Manage relationships with third-party service providers including brokers, underwriters, and other third-party partners.
- Deeply dig into the needs of merchants/users, discover user pain points, be able to closely connect products manager and tech-team to achieve seamless experience, facilitate the launch of new functions and create great product usability.
- Closely monitoring of the OTC market and competitors. Generate reports of competitor and market analysis, provide guidance and suggestions for product upgrade and optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Possessing relevant industry experience in Internet /finance /blockchain /digital currency companies is preferred. Resources of institutions /influencer /crypto industry are preferred.
- Great understanding of crypto industry, being able to step into the frontline business, be creative, and good at problem-solving
- Natural team player, strong logical thinking ability, excellent communication and coordination skills to achieve project goals. Strong hands-on execution is needed.
- Ability to converse in English. Chinese language is important as our clients/merchants are using this language as means of communication.
