We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchant Operations and Support Executive . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance for our merchants while supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Document Management & Compliance Support Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist merchants in preparing and completing required documentation for onboarding and compliance review. Review and verify all merchant-submitted documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements before submission to the Compliance Department. Act as the primary point of contact for merchants regarding documentation matters, providing clear guidance and timely follow-up. Interdepartmental Coordination Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Finance, Operations) to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for merchants. Support the resolution of any documentation discrepancies or outstanding items by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Merchant Record Management Maintain, update, and organise merchant information and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Assist in preparing merchant-related reports, operational updates, and tracking logs as required. Administrative & Operational Support Provide day-to-day administrative support for merchant operational activities, including tracking submissions, updating system entries, and preparing operational summaries. Contract Renewal Coordination Liaise with merchants, Sales team, and Channel Partners on terminal rental contract renewal matters. Support the full renewal process by coordinating documentation, verifying information, and ensuring timely completion of renewal submissions. Follow up with merchants proactively to confirm renewal decisions, gather required documents, and escalate cases where assistance is needed. Maintain accurate tracking of upcoming renewals, renewal status, and completed renewal contracts. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing documents. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with merchants and internal teams. Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Managers and other departments. Prior experience in operations, documentation management, or customer support is an advantage. Familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial or
