Our solutions include continuous workforce monitoring, identity verification, criminal record screening, license monitoring, drug & health screening, and global background checks.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Access the MOM portal through Singpass to retrieve data and submit reports.
- Download and organize educational institution data from the portal, including managing drop-down level inputs when needed.
- Upload internal daily reports to the MOM portal accurately and punctually.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and basic document handling.
- Assist with government-related correspondences as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily compliance and ad hoc administrative needs.
- Support verification and data-checking processes.
- Attend scheduled team calls as necessary to ensure alignment and continuity in support tasks.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Ability to access the MOM portal using Singpass (this typically requires eligibility under local access regulations).
- Experience in administrative, client servicing, or operations support roles is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, Outlook, and shared platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage, due to the nature of documentation and coordination involved.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week
