We are seeking an individual to support our Executive Director in his efforts to put in place sound systems and processes to provide a high standard of educational services..

To assist and support the Executive Director to consistently maintain a high quality in the overall provision of education services by the school including, but not limited to the following areas:
Academic processes

Corporate administration

Quality management

Protection and welfare of students

To assist and support the Executive Director in the documentation and records of the school’s policies and operations including taking minutes of meetings, filing of records, data, information and knowledge management.

To work with the Headteacher to keep records of academic processes and outcomes.

To provide secretarial support to the school’s Academic Board and Examination Board.

To support the Executive Director in the quality assurance of the school, including the achievement and maintenance of the school’s ERF Registration and EduTrust certification.

Any other duties as required by the Executive Director.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Proficient in google software and tools.

Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team.

Prior working experience in a school setting and knowledge of EduTrust or other school quality assurance standards will be an advantage.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
