Anywheel is the largest bicycle-sharing company in Singapore, dedicated to providing eco-friendly transport solutions. We recently expanded our app services to include power bank rentals, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to help grow our service network.
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and eager individual to join our team in Singapore. This individual will play a critical role in managing and expanding our power bank service network, ensuring quality relationship management for our partners. This role requires a proactive individual who is keen on spearheading the growth of our services and supporting various business development initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Expand Power Bank Service Network**:
- Lead the growth and development of Anywheel's services, including power bank sharing.
- Identify and secure strategic new locations to implement Anywheel power bank stations.
**Prospect and Onboard Partners**:
- Identify potential partners for Anywheel services.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and setup.
**Account Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze usage data and market trends to optimize machine placement and enhance partner success.
**Budget Management**:
- Managing budgets for partner acquisition and operational expenses.
- Implement profit sharing strategies for competitive pricing.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Oversee the purchase, inspection, and deployment of power bank machines.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and rebalance of power banks.
- Provide feedback to improve product features and user experience.
**Support Business Development Initiatives**:
- Assist with planning and executing ad hoc business development events and projects.
- Collaborate with the team to explore new business opportunities and strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma in business management or relevant fields.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet contractual deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Valid driving license required for the delivery of power bank machines to onboarded partners.
- Experience in tech or shared services industry.
- Familiarity with the Singapore market.
- Demonstrated ability to organize tasks independently.
