PAZZION Café is seeking a talented and imaginative Lead Barista to inspire our coffee team and shape an unforgettable café experience. If you're known for your creativity and commitment to quality, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the delivery of consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
  • Design and develop seasonal drink menus and house specials that excite our guests.
  • Coach and support the barista team in refining their craft and service standards.
  • Maintain and calibrate all coffee equipment to ensure peak performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing on new product launches and café promotions.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years in a senior barista or supervisory role.
  • In-depth understanding of espresso preparation and manual brewing methods.
  • Creative approach to flavor combinations, presentation, and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3, $3,500.00 per month
