Responsibilities

Barista

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
• Provide warm and professional customer service, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.

Senior Barista (in addition to the above)

• Lead by example in delivering top-notch service and beverage quality.
• Mentor and guide junior baristas, ensuring consistency in coffee preparation and service standards.
• Assist the Café Manager in daily operations, workflow management, and staff training.
• Support in quality control, customer feedback handling, and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee stock usage and provide input for inventory and ordering needs.

Requirements

• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Prior barista experience in a café or F&B environment (at least 1 year; senior role requires 2–3 years).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
