**Key Responsibilities**
- Champion the delivery of consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
- Design and develop seasonal drink menus and house specials that excite our guests.
- Coach and support the barista team in refining their craft and service standards.
- Maintain and calibrate all coffee equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with marketing on new product launches and café promotions.

**What We're Looking For**
- At least 3 years in a senior barista or supervisory role.
- In-depth understanding of espresso preparation and manual brewing methods.
- Creative approach to flavor combinations, presentation, and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
