**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business needs, and present findings to the team.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals and policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and drive growth.
- Prepare reports and forecasts related to business development activities and sales performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Min Diploma/Degree
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in recruitment sales
- Experience in telemarketing highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.

**5 days work week**

**Working location next to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station**

**Competitive salary remuneration including Basic Salary, commission, incentives and bonuses**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
