As the Workspace Lead - SEA, you will be responsible for Workspace management of the Singapore office and Workspace strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Philippines offices. Together with the People & Teams function, you will drive and optimize the workspace culture by playing a part in employee engagement strategies such as creating an engaging environment where people can advance their careers and do their best work. As the heart of the workspace, you will help foster a sense of community in the workspace that allows people to feel comfortable, productive and inspired in their working life.

You manage daily operations to create a workspace that increases well-being, personal productivity and organizational effectiveness. You are a culture ambassador, community advocate and service leader in the workspace. As you collaborate with colleagues to create a culture of support, you will have countless opportunities to inspire moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day. You are a person that thrives on people engagement and getting day-to-day hands-on to achieve the bigger picture. Because when people feel inspired, great things happen

**Key responsibilities**
- This role will require being hands-on operationally until clear ways of working are established with our vendors, such as driving administrative standards are maintained across office spaces, such as supplies, inventory, invoice management, calendar planning, collaborating with administrative in other spaces.
- Develop strategy, framework and tools that will empower leaders in the business to take ownership of their team’s employee engagement initiatives.
- Transform the office into Future Workspace ready, with the support of global and local stakeholders in work environment improvement initiatives.
- You design and ensure, at a strategic level, creative employee engagement activities (Fika) with clear connection to your our organization’s purpose and business outcome.

To be successful in the role as Workspace Experience Lead - SEA, you should have a superstar mentality - a team player, driven, accountable, and proactively looking for creative solutions. You enjoy day-to-day operations, understanding how your actions can influence and affect the overall success of a project and the bigger picture. The role of Workspace Experience Lead will also have multiple touchpoints across the People & Teams function, allowing the person to grow into future HR talent.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Socially confident personality that is proactive in engaging with colleagues across different functions and seniority, and/or relevant experience.
- Comfortable and confident to be the ‘face’ of our workspaces as well as genuinely passionate in engaging colleagues and building excellent relations with people.
- Service oriented mindset and behavior. Experience in stakeholder management is appreciated.
- Experience in strategy and proposal writing, program designs and proficient in effective corporate communications.

**Additional Information**

This is a full-time 5-day work week position based in Singapore, reporting to the Regional People Relations Manager.
