**Role and Responsibilities**:
We are looking for applicants with relevant experience in sustainability, GHG emission studies, energy transition, renewables, and sustainable finance to join us in building a progressive ESG advisory practice. This role is focused on supporting clients in their sustainability journey by providing ESG training, advisory for sustainability reporting, carbon accounting and strategy development.

As an ESG Consultant you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of projects and trainings. You will also be required to work closely with all members of the team, to achieve company, team and project objectives. Strong analytical skills, enjoys interaction with team members, stakeholders and clients and interested in the latest trends and happenings in the ESG sphere are essential for this role.

**Job Requirements**:
ESG Consultant (Associate/Senior Associate)
- Have experience in project management, ensuring milestones and action items are met as you will be required to liaise with various clients on projects
- Strong working knowledge of frameworks and standards (i.e., GRI 2021 Standards, TCFD recommendations, UNGC, SDGs)
- Have knowledge of the GHG Protocol and categories of carbon emissions (including carbon accounting)
- Good understanding of current trends and developments on climate change and sustainability measures (i.e. low or zero-carbon technology, renewable energy, carbon markets, energy attribute certificates (EACs) or renewable energy certificates (RECs))
- Strong analytical and confidence in communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and database management
- Data visualisation and design for sustainability disclosure documents/reports

Successful applicants will assist in the drafting of sustainability disclosure documents and reports, undertaking sustainability-related secondary research and maintenance and development of client relationships, business development activities and act as support for the organisation of training seminars/workshops.
