**About this position**:
**Responsibilities**
- Prior experience with business development, including developing ‘go-to’ market strategies;
- Excellent project management skill, which includes presentation to C-suite;
- Experience in overall planning and executing of ESG services, which includes, amongst others:

- Performing Sustainability maturity assessments and due diligence
- Develop and implement Sustainability strategies for clients with best practices / requirements
- Alignment of Sustainability Framework with overall Enterprise Governance and Risk Frameworks.
- Defining KPIs for ESG measuring and monitoring their impacts
- Facilitating the development of net zero or decarbonisation strategies
- Configuration / implementation of sustainability monitoring and reporting technologies
- Providing assurance services on reported data such as sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions inventories and the disclosure of climate-related financial risks
- Lead and develop resources in-line with the company and Group’s sustainability ambition;
- Developing client proposals and value proposition to elevate client’s company growth;
- Keeping abreast with global and regional sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or Professional Qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Sustainability / ESG consulting and reporting
- Knowledgeable on most of the major ESG disclosure platforms reporting frameworks including but not limited to ISSB (IFRS), CSRD (ESRS), CDP, GRI, SASB or TCFD.
- Experience in structuring, planning, and managing the execution of deliverables
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
