**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute ESG services, which include:

- Conducting sustainability maturity assessments and due diligence
- Developing and implementing sustainability strategies for clients based on best practices and requirements
- Aligning sustainability frameworks with overall enterprise governance and risk frameworks
- Defining KPIs for ESG and monitoring their impacts
- Facilitating the development of net zero or decarbonisation strategies
- Configuring and implementing sustainability monitoring and reporting technologies
- Providing assurance services on reported data such as sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions inventories, and climate-related financial risks disclosure
- Lead and develop resources in line with the company and Group’s sustainability ambition.
- Develop client proposals and value propositions to drive client company growth.
- Stay updated on global and regional sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including go-to-market strategies.
- Manage project and conduct presentation to C-suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sustainability/ESG consulting and reporting.
- Proficient in major ESG disclosure platforms and reporting frameworks, including but not limited to ISSB (IFRS), CSRD (ESRS), CDP, GRI, SASB, or TCFD.
- Experience in structuring, planning, and managing the execution of deliverables.
