WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
- Actively contribute to implementation of AIA’s ESG strategy
- Execute and implement ESG Reporting cycle of activities
- Assist in maintaining records for ESG Assurance
- Support reporting to ESG ratings and indices
- Research and mine key trends and share periodic summary with senior leadership and social media
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING_:
- Prepare and execute annual ESG Reporting calendar of activities by coordinating with various stakeholders- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute the annual ESG report.- Assist in collecting data for various ESG disclosures- Assist in providing relevant ESG information to various investors and rating agencies.- Research on the various ESG trends and assist in preparing thought leadership/point of view for management- Work closely with Head of ESG reporting to execute annual ESG programs across various BU's.- Play an effective role in providing project management support to the various reporting and disclosure projects.- Assist in reviewing new innovative tech solutions and services and assessing their applicability across AIA.- Liaise with various internal stakeholders for implementing effective internal control procedures on ESG data.- Research on key ESG trends and prepare summary for circulation with senior management.- Assist in coordinating and executing the ESG Data Assurance program.
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH | YOU WILL HAVE:_- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a sustainability, business or communications related discipline.- Experience in developing different types of communication content and materials such as newsletters, case studies, media releases, websites, reports, slide decks, and resource documents.- Skilled communicator with experience in developing positive stakeholder engagement initiatives and securing buy-in from a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.- Fluency in English is a must; excellent English language writing and editing skills are essential for this role.- Credentials and training in sustainability and ESG areas would be a plus.- Experience in ESG and / or sustainability within corporate/financial institutions or consulting firms would be a plus.
