Investments & Due Diligence
- Conduct research and provide insights on specific ESG topics to support investment teams, ensuring high-quality ESG considerations are integrated according to IFC Performance Standards and SASB.
- Lead ESG research, including desktop research, expert interviews, site visits, and management meetings to enhance ESG due diligence from both risk and opportunity perspectives.
- Research ESG-related investment opportunities in Southeast Asia and contribute to ACP's investment strategies.

Portfolio Management & Operations
- Lead onboarding, strategy development and target-setting for portfolio companies, in line with ACP objectives, working closely with investment team, company boards and management.
- Ensure effective implementation of ESG strategies within portfolio companies, demonstrating results from agreed initiatives.
- Develop and implement ESG assessment, measurement, and reporting frameworks.
- Prepare portfolio companies for exit to meet stakeholder ESG requirements and differentiate them trom peers.

Strategy & Communications
- Continuously review and enhance ACP's ESG strategies to maintain leadership in the field.
- Lead knowledge management and information sharing across ACP.
- Support the investment team in addressing current and prospective clients' ESG-related requests.
- Drive ESG data collection and analysis and ensure timely delivery of ACP's reporting requirements and commitments including quarterly reports, annual reports, and ESG Data Convergence Initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in driving business transformation from a corporate or investment role, preferably within ESG or the services sector.
- Familiarity with key ESG challenges and opportunities in an Asian business context; expertise in specific ESG topics is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to handle large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate ESG factors into investment and business decisions.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and complete tasks within demanding timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience interacting with senior level executives.
- Attention to detail, intellectual rigor, and results-oriented mindset.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Required to travel within the Southeast Asia region.
